The CLG Consumer and Class Action Litigation Group is relentlessly dedicated to protecting the rights of the little guy.  We represent consumers and employees bringing class actions against corporations that are violating the law. Recent and current class actions prosecuted by CLG attorneys have involved employee wage and hour claims addressing an employer’s failure to provide breaks required by California law or to pay overtime wages; employee claims for race and gender discrimination; and consumer claims for violations of California’s Unfair Competition Law.  We also represent individual whistle blowers bringing False Claims Act suits against those who have defrauded the government.
